Practical answers, plus what users report on review sites
Awario helps us monitor mentions of our brand, competitors and keywords across the web and social media. It also has a Leads module that a G2 reviewer used to find relevant discussions. This can save time compared with searching manually.
It looks cheap enough for a small team, but evidence is thin. G2 shows only 2 reviews, one calling it reliable and cost-efficient and another reporting missing mentions and poor support. The Starter plan allows 1 team member, so a team would need a higher plan.
G2 lists Starter at $39, Pro at $119 and Enterprise at $399 per month, with a free trial and yearly discounts. The page shows two different update dates, so we could not confirm these are current; please confirm on the vendor pricing page.
We could set up alerts with Boolean search, track mentions, export data and share reports on the Pro plan, and use white-label reports and API access on the top plan. Plan limits cover alerts, new mentions per month and stored mentions.
It helps rather than replaces a person. It collects mentions and leads, but we would still need someone to check relevance and reply to people.
We could not confirm specific integrations, apart from API access on the Enterprise plan listed on G2. We would ask the vendor which tools it connects to before relying on it.
We would check platform coverage, because a reviewer wanted TikTok support and reported some mentions missing. We would also test report accuracy for specific periods and support responsiveness during the free trial, as one reviewer criticised both.
