Practical answers, plus what users report on review sites
Convert Experiences is a website A/B testing and experimentation tool. We could use it to test headlines, layouts and offers and see which version converts better, rather than relying on opinion. Reviewers on Capterra describe it as easy to set up and use.
It looks like a reasonable fit. Its entry pricing is far lower than enterprise testing suites, and Capterra reviewers highlight good value, a lot of traffic for the price and responsive support. We could not confirm how well the visual editor performs on complex sites, and one reviewer called it a little buggy.
G2 lists a 15-day free trial, a Growth plan at about 299 dollars per month billed annually (about 399 monthly) and a Pro plan at about 420 dollars per month billed annually (about 599 monthly), each for 100K monthly tested users. Capterra shows an entry price of about 399 dollars per month. Prices change, so we would confirm on the vendor pricing page, and check what happens if traffic exceeds the plan.
Capterra lists A/B and multivariate testing, server-side experimentation and a visual editor. G2 says the Pro plan adds multivariate testing, SSO and phone support. We could test page changes, target audiences and track goals in connected analytics tools.
It helps rather than replaces. We would still need someone to plan tests, build variations, decide sample sizes and interpret results. It saves effort on running and measuring tests, not on deciding what to test.
Capterra says Convert integrates with 14 third-party tools and lists WordPress, Google Analytics 360, Shopify, HubSpot Marketing Hub, WooCommerce, Hotjar, Mixpanel and Mouseflow, with Google Tag Manager 360, Amplitude and Microsoft Clarity also named. We would check that our own analytics and CMS are on the current list.
Review volume is small: Capterra shows 3 reviews, all from 2021 and incentivized, and G2 shows a 4.6 rating with few reviews, so we could not confirm broad independent feedback. We would run the free trial, check the tested-user limits against our traffic, and check any flicker or page speed impact on our site.
