Reviews.io helps you collect customer reviews and show them on your website and in Google results. Capterra lists review requests, monitoring, response management, surveys and customizable widgets. It leans toward online shops, since its listed integrations include Shopify, BigCommerce, Wix and WooCommerce. It will not help if you do not have customers willing to leave feedback.
Capterra says most reviewers are from small companies and gives it 4.2 out of 5, but that is from only 10 reviews. One reviewer called it possibly expensive for smaller businesses, and another found setup involved, needing CSV files sent to support to import past reviews. It is likely a better fit for a small online store than for a very small local shop. Use the free trial before committing.
Capterra says pricing starts at 89 US dollars per month on a flat-rate Growth plan, with a free trial and no free version. We could not confirm higher tiers or add-ons, and we could not reach the vendor pricing page. Confirm the current price and what each plan includes there before you plan your budget.
Capterra lists review requests by email and SMS, review monitoring and responses, review badges, surveys, sentiment analysis, analytics and website widgets. Reviewers on Capterra praised the widgets and the survey feature, and one noted it is an approved Google review partner. Capterra reviewers also reported problems, including one whose Google rich snippets did not work for nine months.
It helps. It automates review requests and displays results, but you still need a person to follow up on feedback, answer reviews and fix problems it reveals. Sentiment analysis may point out themes, but it does not run your customer service. Nothing we found suggests it replaces staff.
Capterra names Wix, Shopify, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, Klaviyo, Salesforce Platform, Google Search Console and Bing Visual Search, and its FAQ also mentions LoyaltyLion and WooCommerce. We could not confirm whether other systems such as booking or accounting software work. Check your platform is on the vendor's list, since one reviewer needed theme changes on BigCommerce.
The Capterra rating rests on only 10 reviews, so treat it cautiously. Ask about refund terms and support response, because one reviewer said a refund was declined after a feature failed. Test the import of past reviews and the widgets on your own site during the trial. We could not reach the vendor site, so confirm pricing and features there.
