Version 1.0. Last updated: 28 October 2026.

These terms apply when you use the Visionary Marketing website at visionary.marketing, including the AI marketing tool directory, and our AI advisor service ViMa.AI at ai.visionary.marketing (together, the Services). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Who we are

The Services are provided by Kaaran Ltd, trading as Visionary Marketing, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15760357, with its registered office at 30 Churchill Place, London, E14 5RE, United Kingdom. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. What the Services are

  • The directory lists AI-enabled marketing tools with our descriptions, scores and guidance on whether they fit a small team.
  • ViMa.AI asks about your business, researches public information, reads data you choose to share, and gives you a Business Snapshot and marketing recommendations. It is designed for small and medium-sized businesses. Larger organisations are welcome, but some recommendations and benchmarks may be less precise for them.
  • Some features are free and some may be paid. We will always tell you the price before you pay for anything.
  • We may change, add or remove features as we improve the Services.

3. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 and, if you use the Services for a business, authorised to act for that business. You must give us accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Your data and your responsibilities

  • You own your data. You keep all rights in the information and files you give us. You allow us to use them only to provide and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Only connect accounts or upload files that you are allowed to share. Do not upload personal information about your customers, such as customer lists, names, emails, phone numbers or addresses. Totals and summaries are all we need.
  • Access to your connected accounts is read-only. We will never post, buy, change settings or take any other action in your accounts.
  • Anonymous benchmarks: if you switch on benchmark sharing, you allow us to include your figures, with your business name and details removed, in averages for similar businesses. These are shown only when at least 10 businesses are in a group. You can switch this off at any time for the future.

5. Advice, not a guarantee

  • Our reports and recommendations are general marketing guidance based on the information available to us. They are not legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice. For regulated topics we will point out questions to ask a qualified adviser.
  • ViMa.AI uses artificial intelligence. AI can make mistakes or work from incomplete information. We show where findings come from and how confident we are, but you should check anything important before you rely on it.
  • Marketing results depend on many things outside our control. We do not promise any particular result, such as more customers or higher sales.
  • You decide what to do with our recommendations, and you are responsible for the decisions you make.

6. Third-party tools in the directory

  • The directory describes tools made by other companies. We are not responsible for those tools, their prices, availability, security or terms. Always check the provider’s own website and terms before you sign up.
  • Our scores and fit guidance are our honest opinion, based on our research at the time of review. Prices and features change, so details may be out of date.
  • If we ever earn a commission from a link, or a provider pays to be featured, we will say so clearly next to it. Payment never changes our scores.
  • If you submit a tool, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are allowed to submit it. We may edit, decline or remove submissions.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Services for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
  • try to access another user’s data, or bypass our security or usage limits;
  • copy, scrape or resell the directory or our reports in bulk, or use them to build a competing service;
  • upload malware, or files you do not have the right to share;
  • use the Services to send spam or to target private individuals.

We may suspend or close access if these terms are broken, and we will tell you why unless the law or security prevents us.

8. Our content

The directory, our descriptions, scores, playbooks, software and design belong to Kaaran Ltd or our licensors. You may use them for your own business and share reasonable extracts with a link back to us. Your Business Snapshot and reports are yours to use as you wish.

9. Availability

We work hard to keep the Services running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. We may need to pause them for maintenance or security.

10. Our liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you also keep your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
  • Subject to that, for business users we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for indirect or consequential loss.
  • Subject to that, our total liability to a business user for all claims in any 12 months is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period and £100.

11. Ending use

You can stop using the Services at any time and ask us to delete your profile and data by emailing [email protected]. We will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest version at the top, and if a change is significant we will tell you before it takes effect. If you keep using the Services after that, the new terms apply.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims in your local courts, and if you live in another country you keep any protections your local law gives you. Please contact us first so we can try to put things right.
